"My daughter moved in here this year. When she first moved in there were several issues (missing furniture, missing mirror, etc.). I reached out to the Community Manager (Kiera Walburn) and she got all issues addressed. Kiera is always very helpful and has worked very hard to resolve issues if they come up. Thank you Kiera!"

"Horrible place it’s against the law in the state of Michigan to charge a renter for standard debris removal ( I took photos of the unit prior to move out) the unit wasn’t cleaned prior to move in. $400 bill due for ( carpet cleaning mind you I submitted a maintenance request for a pipe line that broke in my bathroom & practically flooded the bathroom and entered into the room , wall cleaning , MOLD CLEANING mold was in the window ceils, bathroom, kitchen sink. a pet cleaning! I never even owned a PET !!! ) I had submitted maintenance requests for so many times for the mold issue & they did nothing besides spray it down! ) they sent me to collections and they call a good once a week if they really think they are going to get a dime from me I’ll see them in court!"

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! I lived here a year while at WMU and let me tell you. My refrigerator broke 4 times. I lost over $200 of groceries and everytime id submit a report for it ti get fixed they would come like 5-14 days later and then claim it was ‘fixed’ only for it to break within the same week and all my food to go bad. Then my toilet broke one time and I lived in a one bedroom and they wouldn’t come fix it and wouldn’t give me a key to the office to use their toilet. So that was fun, i didn’t have a bathroom for a day. Also, they do not care about smoking whatsoever. The person below me CHAIN smoked and everytime I would make a complaint they would tell me there’s nothing they could do since it’s his apartment and they can’t go in there to see what he’s doing. Then when I tried to sublease my apartment, we worked for months getting all the paperwork signed and everything sorted only to have them tell us they lost all the paperwork and had no record of a sublease taking place. So that was professional. Also, just heard from the girl I sublet from they are trying to charge her for a new couch when I submitted photos and a form that proved the couch was destroyed when J moved in. Truly a terrible experience."
