"I have reported several months ago that the edging has detached from the ceiling for the 3rd time now threw out the apartment. I put a work order in and no one has been here yet. They fixed it two times before, but all they do is slap some drywall mud on it and say it's fixed. On the 18th of this month water started dripping out of the bathroom fan. I talked to Emily and put a work order in and can you guess no one has been here as of yet. I have been having problems with the downstairs neighbor and her boyfriend turn the TV and radio up loud for 2 years now. They gave her a couple of notices and still it is going on. They refuse to put padding down and insulation in the walls to help stop the noise. The patio door has air, humidity,etc. come threw it all the time. Oh and when I turn my oven on to use it you smell gas really bad, I reported that when I moved in almost 3 years ago. They say nothing is wrong with it."

"The entire complex is willfully neglected to the point of being hazardous. They don't respond with corrective measures to ensure safety. Maintenance changed my work order, saying repaired. Wrote another and stopped into the office. No action was taken to restore the structure. I've been here 15 years and can honestly attest that upper management's only concern is filling up units and collecting rent. This is a top-down issue, where investors only care about last months numbers. Saying contact the office doesn't cut it when they know my number and where I live."

"I've moved in back in 2018 and everything was good but when I used my oven for the first time gas leaked out into my apartment and I had called to get it looked at two different maintenance people came 1 said there's nothing wrong with it and the second said I needed a different door. So I went without using my oven for 4.5 years and now none of my windows open they were painted shut. I'm having problems with AC unit and just a lot of things going on . Maintenance people are mean or indifferent and when they do knock they don't say "maintenance" like their suppose to say they'll knock twice and then use the key to get inside . And calling the office is a nightmare. Nobody picks up even during the day and I've called them repeatedly and nobody answers me."

"Property needs some serious attention. Broken gutters, holes in carport roofs. Excessive loitering, people doing heavy drinking in the parking lots. Noise is out of control at nights, specially on the weekends. Grounds are poorly maintain and dirty. If you have a maintenance requests, forget about getting someone to fix it. My AC is not working and was told by office staff that it will be 2 weeks before someone comes to look at it. I can request a window AC unit, but that wont do me any good. The electrical outlets in my bedroom are messed up. Dishwasher backs up, it has not worked since i moved in 3 yrs ago. i have submitted more than a dozen maintenance requests and nothing. Rent goes up every year, but your service gets worst.Not uncommon to hear gunshots either. Just a couple of days ago, i found a guy pissing behind the dumpster, lol honestly this place is a joke. Can't wait for my lease to be over then....adios!!!!! How's that? You ready to move into Williamsburg on the Ghetto?"
