"1/24. Ok a mixed review: So the Front desk clerk Ms. Laura w/ cute haircut is very helpful & went above and beyond: thankful! The room is a good deal for the price, spacious studio, clean, decent furniture. Large TV is with HBO/cable & Smart Tv stick capability. But..No pool access with key card, you have to get the front desk agent to let you in , same for the Gym, and the hot tub is listed but doesn’t work. Lastly, curtain is sheer & didn’t provide enough privacy for me but others might not care."
"Really nice hotel. Staff were nice, bed was comfy, nice big TV. Quiet too, I could hear the TV from the room next to me from the hallway, but nothing in the room."
"Room was better than expected, super clean and roomy. The air conditioner was spot on, cooled the room in 30 mins (plus in the humid summer). Easy location to get to and the front desk service was very quick and helpful."
"We arrived at 6 am after driving 17 hours and prepaying for our room. We were told we couldn't check in until 3 pm that day and specifically told "not to sleep in their parking lot." Luckily, we had family in the area that allowed us to crash at their place until we were allowed to check into this dump. We finally were able to check in later that day, and the rooms were not very clean, nor were the bathrooms. It was pretty obvious it hadn't been cleaned. I had just walked out of the shower when housekeeping opened the locked door without knocking and almost saw me completely naked! Then, to top it ALL off, we had NO POWER AT ALL THE ENTIRE SECOND NIGHT WE WERE THERE. I would highly suggest that if you're looking for a place to stay, stay at any of the 15 other places you pass on the way to this one. We weren't even comped for the night without power."
"We rolled up to the hotel in the evening after a day of driving. The front desk employee was very kind and helpful. The lobby area hallways were clean. Our room was okay. The curtain was partially broken and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Our towels were clean but small and thin. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, some fruit choices etc…. For the price paid it was a good experience."
