"It was okay. I like that I can bring my dog there if I can't find someone to watch him at our house... but the staff didn't seem like they wanted to be helpful when we asked for extra towels or blankets. And we got told to keep in down in the pool area, even though it was just kids playing BUT dogs were allowed to be loud and bark all day/night!"

"Booked through Hopper. Staying one night for my weekend with my autistic son. Carried in several bags and a backpack while holding his and and preceded to tell me I need $100 deposit because I’m local. She said all hotels are doing that now, complete lie. A week earlier the Hampton across the street didn’t do that to me. Had to pack my autistic screaming son back into the car to go to the bank and get the $100. Not again!!!!"

"Definitely no. When we just stepped into the room I found someone’s black hair around(on the toilet and on the table near the bed). Breakfast was the main reason why we decided this hotel. And it is just so poor, the first day didn’t even have any meat(just bagels, and muffins), and on the next day we had sausages and scrambled eggs, but they barely had any taste(made from the powder). Juice didn’t taste good too. Also, we got the room near the laundry room, and every day half of the day we had really bad noise in our room. Just one good thing about this place is the people. They do their work very well. The coffee machine in the room was dirty too, just covered in dust as no one touched it for a while."

"This hotel is disgusting and needs remodled. It might have been nice when it first opened but now its gone down hill. There was only one ice machine and it was broken. The elevator was scary not sure when it will break down. The pool had nasty black mold stains around. The emergency door in the pool area was stuck open and old air was coming in. There was also insulation coming out of the ceiling fixture above the pool. All the white towels were stained too. Our room curtains had something smashed on it and the lamp shade on the night stand was dirty too. The shower had the whole ceiling peeling off and you could see mold stains/water damage. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. We couldn't even get a refund. They would only give us a 30% off in rewards."
