"For a smoke free hotel the rooms reeked of smoke. I had some guy come and knock on my door asking for someone who "lived" in this room. People yelling all night. I could barely sleep comfortably."

"Good location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. poor communication, filthy rooms, paid for 2 nights and still in the same filthy room because manager refuses to give us a clean one, apparently housekeeping left for the day so thats why we can't get a clean room.. I'm thinking the housekeeping is paid actors to just stand around and smoke. No cleaning is being done unless it's by their guests. This place needs to be restaffed, does not care or value guests, I'm truly disgusted and disappointed. Husband woke up with itchy rash and bites on arms. Burn holes in blankets, room smells like bodies are decaying, outlets don't work, microwave was caked with old moldy gunky food, floor hasn't been swept, floors sticky and need mopped, counters dirty, towels stained up. Musty, dusty, crusty. . Front desk manager needs a job not working in the hospitality service or with people in general. Walked to get coffee from lobby to hear manager talking terribly about their guests. Been here a handful of times but this is the worst experience by far."

"We came for a football and our sisters memorial. We had 3 rooms. In all the rooms the floors were filthy! Looked like the floor behind the bathroom door was never swept. After we showered we had to immediately put on socks or our feet would literally get black from the bathroom to the bed. Rooms are suppose to be non-smoking but they smell of cigerettes. Mold on walls and tub. Office staff was rude and not friendly or welcoming. If you don't have to, don't stay here. If I could give it zero stars I would."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I travel extensively and stay in a lot of hotels at all levels and this one ranks as one of the worst. From the very rude front desk staff—I interacted with three different people, to the hidden charges on the room safe (there is fine print that says they will automatically charge you $2/day if you don’t request the charge be removed when you checkout) to the floors so dirty I had to wear an extra pair of socks at all times just to protect my feet. I stayed three days and didn’t realize the floor was so dirty until I stepped into the shower and my feet ran muddy. The faucet required some unique twisting to get cold water, and the water pressure in the shower was sporadic. I don’t care how old a place is—it can still be kept clean. The room was always so humid—much more humid than the outside air—that my clothes always felt damp. It doesn’t take much to please me—a clean room, courteous staff—and this place unfortunately did not deliver. Suggestion if you still choose to book here—bring your own towels, don’t take your shoes off, and bring Damprid."

"I'm convinced that the floors don't get cleaned properly. This picture is a towel I shimmy on. They are ALWAYS sticky and dirty and I refuse to walk on them without shoes on. This goes for every room I have stayed in, which amounts to 7. Every single one of them had dirty floors. Not to mention I can smell the carpet just by sitting on the bed. Smells like dirty/wet dog. They could use a shampooing/steam cleaning. If you improve those 2 things, I'm sure you would see more gratification from your guests. That is all. Your staff is still super friendly and helpful. There just needs to be more attention to detail."
