"This place is anything but sophisticated living. In the last three days there have been numerous altercations and a heavy police presence. We were woken up by gun shots ringing out in front of our apartment at 2:30 this morning. The cops came out and grabbed close to 15 shell casings. They were back again this morning to collect 4 bullets from two different cars and an apartment. There is absolutely no communication from the complex and we have never seen any “property manager,” to express our concerns. My fiancé and I both have extensive damage to our cars from last nights altercations as well. We were planning on renewing our lease for another year and now we can’t get out of here quick enough."

"When I seen the sign for these apartments I instantly felt interested. I went by and asked if I could have a showing and the lady that was there was real pleasant and nice. I felt very welcomed. When she show me a 2 bedroom apartment I fell on love with it. I couldn't believe my eyes on how this place has been updated. I am very glad that someone came and took over the place that it was before. I can tell that the owner had a passion for this complex to make it very pleasurable for the next tenants that would move in. I must say these apartments are the best in town. The updates are very beautiful. The apartments look like something out of a magazine. I would love to live at this complex and begin a new chapter in my life with a brand new start as well as living in a brand new apartment. I am most definitely gonna be referring people to this place. Thanks once again for bringing such a upgrade to the Bristol St. area. Of I could I would double my rating to 10 stars."
