The Paddock Apartments

"Car was towed out of a visitor parking spot this morning. Spot was clearly labeled, zero signage on property to dictate if sign or labels on pavement are one to follow. Very very unclear. I parked in a spot labeled “V” for visitor. Attached are photos. Horrible call by management in getting my car towed."

"Good place overall, in my experience maintenance is quick to respond and fixes the issue in less than an hour. Not a lot of other places can claim that, and it be factual. Would definitely recommend living here."

"While on the apartment hunt for my son, I decided to stop by The Paddock. We weren’t sold on it at 1st due to it not being right on Western’s campus, but we weren’t yet aware of the shuttle bus on property that takes students there everyday during the year. I do appreciate the staff in there making us feel welcome taking the time to present all the information to us about the place. I believe the gentleman that helped me and my son was named Ryan. He showed us around the office area and walked us through their virtual tour online. I was impressed with the staff and how nice the property itself looked after taking a drive around. I look forward to getting my son here in the fall."

Not to mention the leasing staff, security, and maintenance are all so kind and love to help their residents. I have met some awesome people while living here and definitely plan on residing at the paddock for my next few years as a student."

"Love the office staff and maintenance! I’ve lived here for 3 years and I love everything about this complex. Maintenance will be out to fix your tickets within 12-24 hours for small things and within a week for larger projects, and are very respectful and professional. They have recently bought out other properties in the area and service from maintenance and office staff has not changed despite this greater work load. 10/10 recommend living here!! They host fun events like this Mac-n-cheese bar picture from last week and encourage social events and community involvement."
