Nottingham Place Apartments

"Do NOT MOVE HERE!! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Management (Kelly, Jessica, and who ever else they can get to stick around) sucks real bad! They don’t care about the residents at all only rent payments. They will let you live with bee hives growing in the walls allowing bees to come through vents into your home. Mold goes untreated after a year and a half of multiple maintenance request they finally sent someone over and he used his fingers with spit to wipe my ceiling and told me that’s all it needed and the mold grew back within weeks. 3 years in a row they allowed my entire building to go without hot water for 1-2 weeks at a time because they refused to replace the water heater after being told multiple times it needed replacement and shouldn’t just be “fixed”. Cars are ALWAYS broken into, someone busted my window and attempted to steal my vehicle at 4pm on a Sunday. Security is useless. I had my door kicked in and went 3 days feeling unsafe because there on call maintenance man “didn’t have his tools” then he lied and told the office he couldn’t fix my door because it was locked which was impossible because there wasn’t a lock left on the door to lock!! Hallways smell like a zoo, you can visible see the filth and animal feces in the carpets and the only thing that has been done is replacing the carpet in the building where they have their model unit. They discriminate they’ll tow your vehicle and “state it’s for a flat tire” but there are cars sitting right on the side of the office for years with flat tires no tags you name it and they won’t tow. Kelly and other’s will hang up in your face when you call the office. They pick and choose when they want to answer the phone they will stare at it if they recognize your number. “Myself and others have witnessed this” Kelly is on video telling residents to “Shut up” then turning around threatening to trespass if you tell her not to speak to you like that. NOTHING is ever updated in the units but rent increases yearly. I had to tell Kelly how sick my son and myself were getting from the dirty vents in my apartment before she scheduled someone to come clean them. That took almost a year. Any repairs they decide to do they only contract out low budget ppl nothing is ever professionally done. Typically in the winter if the streets are clear Nottinghams parking lots are still covered in snow several of my guest have complained about this and almost slide/ got stuck. Oh and don’t bother with upper management I’m still waiting on a phone call back from Shanna from over a year again!! She’s to busy to take the residents calls but she has time to email the office staff to let them know that I contacted her immediately after. She might even tell you to find somewhere else to live after you voice your concerns. Sierra (also works in the office) told me they were giving me a place to live when in reality I pay my rent EVERY MONTH ON TIME NEVER MISSED 1 PAYMENT.. so I’m giving her a paycheck and a way to pay to have somewhere to live. She even hung up in my face and when I went into the office asking why?? She stated I was disrespecting her by saying that I’m recording our call and she doesn’t have to talk to me if she doesn’t want to.. no one in the office has to.. that’s part of there policy. I asked for a copy of this “policy” and she stated she doesn’t have to give that to me either. So I waited calmly in the office almost 2 hours to speak with Kelly and when she finally came out of her office she told me I’m not the only resident and she doesn’t have time to speak with me. Everyone working here is a joke literally. Kelly and Jessica are the only employees who stick around everyone else usually makes it 1-3 months tops!! You’d be better off living in Alamo, Patwood, etc and save yourself a ton of money on rent!!"

"I’m a resident at Nottingham Place Apartments and it’s been a great experience. Sierra has gone above and beyond to help in any way she can. These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older which brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

"I have had a great experience at these apartments so far. Got a new dishwasher put in, maintenance guy was super nice. Sierra has been so much help and so nice along the process. We love our apartment!"

"This is the worst Apartment Ever when we first moved in, they told us that the laundry room worked. It never worked. Our dishwasher fell out from water damage within 2 days of living there. The bathroom door fell off within a week They have seven security cars and Cars was damaged things were stolen on the daily So much more to say about this place. NO DON'T MOVE HERE!!!"
