"The facilities guy, Neal, has always been quick and responsive to my maintenance requests. If he isn’t able to complete it when he visits your home (which is rare), he will let you know why and ensure it’s completed. Also, it helps that he’s friendly and has always provided excellent customer service."

"I would not recommend this apartment agency to anyone. I had lived at Arcadia Grove from 2020 to 2023; the first two years were fine, I was still getting on my feet and took what I could get. The last year, however, was unacceptable. I transferred to a townhome and was first assigned to move in with a senior citizen and a couple with a small child and a cat. After quite a bit of back and forth conversations with the office, I was able to move in with 5 other college aged guys. Upon attempting to physically move my things into the unit, I was met with a mentally unstable tenant who had barricaded the door closed with furniture. I called the police and they were unable to help. That week the tenant was hospitalized, the other 4 guys and myself were moved into the unit next door. Then a month later we were met with a 30 year old unemployed drug user with very clear psychiatric issues in our living room saying he was our new roommate. The leasing office did not inform any of us he would be moving in until after his first visit. Things were getting worse, the whole house smelled terrible and was a pigsty. This new roommate, Elijah, would damage the house, and kept inviting his friend over who would then punch and hit him, even took a chef knife from the kitchen waving it around and threatening. Feeling unsafe I had installed cameras in the common areas, so I have footage of this. We called the police several times, one of which they actually arrested Eli. He apparently had multiple warrants out for his arrest. I looked into it and sure enough; assaulting an officer, public indecency, traffic violations, brandishing a weapon, was even evicted from 700 Soho right before moving into Arcadia Grove. The list goes on, and more in other counties as well. I went to the leasing office with the footage and evidence. The property manager, Kelsey, refused to talk with me or my roommates. In fact, after another few attempts, we each received a letter from Arcadia Grove stating we were in violation of our lease. Eli had gone to the office and turned it all on us with no evidence, nothing to support his claims. They put us in danger and kept sending us away. My older sister was in property management and was thankfully able to talk to people higher up and get things moving. This was a horrible experience. Kelsey put my roommates and myself in danger and turned us away, wouldn’t even look up from her desk. The assistant manager, Shelby, did nothing but make excuses, Josh the leasing agent was empathetic but did not help."

"i hope its known arcadia grove deleted/hid my first review. lived here from from august 2021 to april 2023, one of the worst living experiences i have ever dealt with. maintenance crew seems to be all high school dropouts, office people are rude and terrible, the apt itself was quite literally garbage"

"Arcadia Grove is a learning experience. Document everything. I've had issues with management, and although I could work on my own temper, I HATE being lied to, having my lease altered WEEKS after I signed it, or having a bogus charge put on my account one time (which was ultimately resolved but shouldnt have ever happened im the first place). My #1 issue with this place is the tap water. Sometimes it's clear, like normal. A lot of the time it's orange with sediments. Maintenance has been helpful when I make requests, but once again my pipes are getting loaded with sediment and God knows what in this water!!!! It really sucks when you can't bathe in your own apartment. I have lots of evidence that this has been happening on and off, and it largely started with maintenance shutting off my water without ANY notice 6 months ago....which led to them having to replace multiple pipes inside the walls of my bathroom due to sediments completely clogging EVERYTHING after the water was turned back on. I wish I had better things to say but this is the way it is."

"Submitted an application for an apartment (which cost me $100) and was told the apartment would be held. Within two days I received a call that the apartment had been leased and there were no units available. They've refused a refund even though they couldn't possibly have processed my application in this time. Can't believe this blatant theft. *Edit: I was contacted shortly after writing this review and offered a refund. Two stars added."
