"New owners are dishonest and unprofessional. There is at least a $200 rent increase without any plans to renovate outdated apartments. The apartments do have mold. The owners got rid of the cleaning lady so the building became dirty. The washers in the laundry room are always breaking down. When it was nice out, the grass was always overgrown and garbage and old furniture around the dumpsters. Maintenance removed a fridge from out an apartment that was left in the hallway for at least a month."
"Beware!! This property has new owners who get off on bullying and intimidating women. The apartments are full of mold and mildew which the new landlord states is caused by how many items and people are in the units never heard of that before. The owner is rude and racist and so is the so called property manager. Do not move here!!!"

"The cheapest apartment in portage, but everything that comes with the apartments are old and poorly maintained. During the first 6 that I stayed here, some idiot set the building on fire, my bathroom ceiling exploded with sewage, and coming home late at night to watch a drug bust in my back parking lot. The apartment is filled with bugs during spring and summer, and my neighbors look suspicious and mental."
