"The new property manager Jeff has been extremely attentive and helpful with any needs or questions. He responds quickly and if he doesn't have the answer right away, he gets back to you asap with an answer. I've spent nearly a year and a half in my apartment and the last few months since new management took over has been the best experience thus far. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in a community with helpful,attentive management ! Huge thanks to Jeff and current staff :)"

"The location of the Canden Crossing’s apartment is convenient to us! It has a very cute boba place that’s down the block. There is also a school across the street as well, only a few minutes to walk. There is also an easy access grocery store(s) as well that’s right next to the cute boba place. The apartment is also VERY spacious! It has two bedroom with amenities included, and It also adds a picturesque view from the balcony as well ☺️ there is also a laundry room on each floor for us! Our new property manager, Jeff, has also been AMAZING. Jeff was very attentive and communicative with us. Whether it was maintenance, or addressing noise concerns from previous neighbors & such, not only Jeff was kind and professional, but also easy to talk to! He has literally went above and beyond for us!"

"I’ve lived here for over a year and was the first one to move into the newly renovated apartments. In the very beginning it was wonderful. They redid the parking lots which was a great start. However, they lack communication greatly! This is an over priced apartment. I noticed when I moved in the vinyl flooring in the dining room cracked so I reported it to maintenance, he came to fix it about 5-6 months later!!! He didn’t even fix it correctly he tore up 5-6 more planks. He took an hour to “fix it” then told me not to step around that area?!? I’ve been asking about window screens since I live on the second floor. I’m the only tenant without window screens. The bathtub wasn’t even sealed correctly, the bathtub walls are bowing, they’ve had 2-3 maintenance guys throughout the year and they work on their own schedule so what’s thew freaking point of requesting certain days when they never come on the day you BOTH agreed on. Property managers are a freaking joke. They add ridiculous charges to your account such as the internet bill plan for 200 mbps for $60 a month. I pay $20 for 1000mbps. I still haven’t received an email or response back from them. It’s ridiculous stay away. I plan on moving out as soon as this lease is up. This is northwest Indiana I shouldn’t be paying 1,200 for a one bedroom one bath."
