"First I had to keep having my key card reactivated. No coffee pot in the room, The cable and internet are very spotty at best and you cannot even stream on the television. And HVAC system is so loud,You can't even hear the television when it's on. So you either suffer with bad heat and cooling or don't watch television.The washing machine ate $2 of my money.The freezer in the refrigerator was so frozen over you could not put anything in it. The bathroom was disgusting. The room reaked of stale cigarette smoke. People hung out in the hallway and talked really loud all the time. And my second to the last night there, I could hear a couple down the hall from me fighting and it was Really Bad. I called the front desk. And they told me to find out what room it was coming from and call them back. I was not leaving my room. So I called the police. They showed up and took care of it. Every repair they have done literally with a form of duct tape. It's sad that people Can't fix things properly. They just have to put a band-aid on everything. Yet want to charge a ridiculous amount of money for such a dump. And to top it all off we had horrendous winter weather. They did sort of clear the sidewalks but put down No Ice melt, And they did not have the parking area plowed at all."

"The first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke so I complained, got a new room and it smelled the exact same. The phone and jack were completely detached from the wall and when I informed the lady at the front desk during checkout she asked is that a problem for me right now....seriously no but I'm sure the next person will want a working phone and last but not least the refrigerator wasn't working so I had to throw food away!"

"It might have been better if I'd had a trusted friend with me, though I would not recommend this place to a friend anyway, but that's hard to explain. But I want to add that someone seemed unusually interested in whether I was immediately checking out, the minute they saw me carry a few things out, and later I noticed several of my things mysteriously missing. While I can't prove what it makes me think, I am sure that I didn't merely mislay them."

"We stayed here on a HotWire Hotrate Deal in July. At the time we stayed this hotel was not ready in our opinion to be open. Renovations had not been complete and rushed. Mirror missing from bathroom, walls damaged, wifi not working correctly, laundry room very dirty, ceilings falling down in parts of halls. No coat rack in room, no towel rack, AC unit not large enough to cool room (was new though). Front desk staff was friendly but this is the number one reason we won't be back. They changed our credit card $50 USD for a deposit. I was told it was refunded when we left. Once I got the bill it showed it wasn't. Called and was told it was refunded. Weeks passed and it still wasn't and had to do a change back via credit card company which they found the hotel at fault. For this reason alone we will never return. Keep an eye on your credit card bills if you do."

"Do NOT stay here. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bathroom (particularly the bathroom) was covered in mold/water damage. This is a “pet friendly” hotel but I did not want my cat staying in that room at all. There was also a large brown bug nest/egg sac stuck to the window curtain. Upon inspecting my partner’s dad’s room, we found someone’s old take out leaking all over the fridge, emitting a horrendous rotten smell. After talking to the employee, he offered to show us two room that apparently no one had stayed in before. The bathrooms were still dirty, and both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The employee had to reach out to his boss about our refund and in the end we were denied. This place is disgusting, no one takes care of it. I’m still worried about all the unseen dirt and bugs. Don’t stay here if you value your health."
