"I've been here three year's now paid my rent on time never missed a payment now rent is going up a extra 125 dollars I'm on social security I'm going from 795 to 920 a month I know things are going up but come on 125 dollar increase I love my apartment but I have no other place to go this is insane"
"Every inch of this property even the parking lot smells like pot. Is pot legal in Indiana for everyone? No way the smell comes from a couple residents with legal prescriptions. Portage Police need to do some door knocking by following the smell. Sec 8 housing and they can afford their drugs. If you can walk into any building on this property and NOT smell pot list the building number. Like finding where's Waldo."

"When I first moved here about 3 years ago, I had no issues. I’ve always thought that they were cheaply made. However, as the years progressed, I noticed different changes in up keep. The hallways are never clean. Carpet on the stairs and hallways of the unit is filthy, which is highly unsanitary. Doors need painting. Everything in here is old, from the refrigerator, stove to the chandelier hanging in the dining room. 99’s vibes and needs an upgrade. However, rent keeps going up. Bugs in the lighting in the hallway. I’ve had issues with my hot water heater at least three times. The issue is finally resolved. I asked almost 2 years ago about my garbage disposal being fixed. Still hasn’t fixed that. Handle to patio door is broken, which I reported back in February and it is STILL broken. Although, everybody else in the office is pretty pleasant, the property manager is just as rude as they come. Kids from other complexes come to this one, hanging out in the hallways loud, rude and smoking. These units should not be that easily accessible for anyone to just walk up in here without any type of security. This list just goes on and on. I’m seriously thinking about NOT renewing my lease."
