Coopers Landing Apartments

"We tried to apply for an apartment there. They gladly took our $100 and told us that they would let us know in about 24 hours. A week and a half later when we called them for the fourth time, we found out that we had been denied. They had no intentions to call us back! They took our money blew us off!"

"Been living here over 5 yrs now office personnel are nice enough but for last 2 yrs just like right now sitting here listening to neighbors kids and sound like adults too just run like they're outdoors. Have been to office at least 5-6 times about the noise and it was even noted on computer about complaints.The previous mgr stood inside my doorway and listened to them running and asked me to give her two weeks to fix it,thats been over a year and a half ago no changes. We were told to call whenever we hear it,we have called several times and been in office as i said at least 5 times to no avail it's beyong frustrating paying almost $1400 a month And can't have peace in our home after work. Yup they will probably say what they have before to reach out for assistance but since we have at least countless times i don't see how a 6th will make any difference have to find some peace.Im feeling like if i have to suffer in silence since many complaints have not been addressed except for letter on door once i don't know if the upstairs neighbors were ever contacted as I'm trying not to make things personal between neighbors and myself but at this point i just want peace.A Niece asked about moving here but she heard running when she visited and changed her mind after the noise.Constant running sounds like thunder over our heads"

"my friend just moved into an apartment there and there was something stuck inside an outlet, there was a lightbulb not working and there was a nail sticking out of thecountertop! huge red flag that maintinence doesnt know to check those things before moving people in and putting people at risk for serious harm. hopefully she doesnt have to live there much longer because on the maintinence log that they left in one of our drawers in the kitchen, 'tom' said everything was checked off and signed his name but clearly didnt do his job. maybe they will do a better job in the future of checking things before moving people in."

"The community at the apartment complex is friendly and nice. Very quiet area and nice walking paths. I wish Coopers Landing had a model apartment to look at and walk through. Yes, pictures are online but actually seeing and being in the apartment. FYI....Walls are thin and you can here you neighbor next building over."

"The waitlist is a scam. After 5 months of being on the waitlist, the apartment that’s offered is $200 more than what our price range was when we put the deposit down. Ok, no problem. We’ll remove ourselves from the waitlist. Oh but you refuse the return $150 deposit that was put down to be put on the waitlist. But you can’t offer what we were on the waitlist for? How many other peoples money have you stolen?"
