"Just moved out of our apartment after 3 years. We lived Piper Lakes and will miss being there, but work calls in other areas. Friendly staff, great facilities, a variety of activities, and an apartment we could be proud to call home. If we ever are in the market for an apartment again, Piper Lakes will definitely be on our short list."

"We have lived at Piper Lakes for about 6 months now and have loved all of it! The apartment is great, the amenities are awesome, and the staff is always available and super helpful and kind! Definitely one of the cleanest and most professional apartment complexes I’ve lived in!"

"Overall a pretty good complex to live at. Great pool, minus the strict rules that seem to discourage visitors or fun. Club house is beautiful, except the disorganized way packages are received for residents. Also you can’t receive packages in the weekend here, which has been frustrating. Club house gym has a lot of great machines but it is in a very small space. Anymore than 2 people in there and you feel like your violating personal space. Parking is alright if you have a garage in your building, but if not you could be parking a building away regularly. No guest parking available to support the size of the complex. Complex is always putting on fun events but the downside is the times in which they are held. They always seem to be help during working hours, so it’s very hard to attend if you work office hours or second shift, in two years didn’t get one opportunity to join one. The pond view is not worth the premium charge, as it comes with excessive noise from the maintenance vehicle being constantly driving around it and the army (26 geese in 2023) of geese that live in it, making it absolutely gross. The messaging system they use for residents was a waste of money and causes messages to potentially be delayed days from getting to the office staff. The staff is definitely friendly and willing to help if they can. My overall opinion of my time living here is that you do get the value for what you are being charged in rent. It’s too overpriced for what it is actually is."

"My husband and I lived here at Piper Lakes for a 6 month lease! We absolutely LOVED it here, honestly wish we didn’t have to leave. :( Everyone that works at the main office clubhouse was amazing and so helpful! Always were there to help and answer any of our questions. Not to mention all of the amenities here at this complex are a huge plus ! Loved being able to get coffee and hot cocoa quite often when living here! If I had the option, I would stay longer or live here again! Thanks Piper Lakes :)"
