"Great place to live, we lived there for 5+ years. Started off living in a 1 bedroom and transferred to a bigger 2 bedroom. The apartments are clean, quite, and perfect place for singles or families. Absolutely loved living here. Right in town so your close to everything. The grounds are clean and the staff is very helpful and caring!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a place to live!!"

"The apartments themselves are nice and at first the ladies in the office were too. But I lived there for a couple of years and things started sinking in. First off, the fee to apply and be on their waiting list is ridiculous. And if you pull your name from the list they will not refund that money. They’ll harass anyone who says anything negative. They’ll kick you out for anything, and I mean anything. They won’t tell you how many people are in front of you on the waiting list but always seem to bump up the wait list time. I do not recommend living there unless you’re a perfect angel with all the time in the world to wait for an apartment to even open up. Good luck."

"This apartment complex is hands-down the best in town!! From the immaculately manicured grounds, to the well maintained and spacious apartments, everything is amazing. Nowhere else in GH can you find a decent apartment at this price point. Let alone one with heat included, as well as a garage! They may not be brand new or have fancy "upgrades", but the apartments are well laid out, clean, fresh and very functional. It's actually the best insulated apartments, you can barely hear your neighbors, if at all. The maintenance team is spot on - always addressing any issues within a day or two and always fixing it correctly the first time. The office team is the best at what they do! Theresa and Shelly are the epitome of professionalism - but with huge hearts. They genuinely care about their residents and it shows in everything they do. They are courteous, respectful, and helpful - no matter what you are going through you never have to be afraid to talk to them. The on-site laundry facility is gorgeous and they somehow always manage to keep it clean and have a cute little place where the kids can play while mom/dad does laundry. The work-out area is quiet, cool and actually smells good! The only drawback is the huge waiting list to get in here, but I think that speaks volumes for how great they are. As long as you plan ahead, it all works out. I have rented my entire adult life, and this is my second time living at these apartments if that says anything. We plan to be here for awhile, we love it so much! I've never written a review for an apartment complex before, but not enough people write complimentary reviews - they only want to complain when something goes wrong."

"I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex. My husband and I lived here for 4 years and were very impressed. First of all, the apartments were very clean upon move-in and the staff was very friendly. As we continued to live there we noticed that everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. Any time something went wrong with the apartment, the maintenance people were there within 48 hours (and we never had problems that were emergency situations). When they would come to fix the problem, they were very professional and fast (it wasn't disruptive to have them there). I felt that the apartments exceptionally reasonable for the location and service. My husband and I don't have children yet. I did worry when people would move in next door with young children (I was worried that we would hear their kids super early in the morning) but the apartments were insulated so well that we literally never had noise issues. Then when we moved out (when, I believe a businesses true colors come out) they were also very friendly and helpful. We received our security deposit in full. I cannot tell you how happy I was that this was the apartment complex we chose while we lived in Grand Haven. Had we not moved back to the middle of the state, we definitely would have stayed.
