The Haven at Grand Landing Apartments

"The walls are PAPER thin. The apartment above me just got new tenants and is a family with multiple dogs. I hear them stomping around all morning, during the day, and all night. It's constant, and true peace is only found when they leave their apartment which is very rare. DO NOT live here unless you live on the top floor, I guarantee you will regret it. You can take a risk and live on one of the bottom levels, but that's exactly what it is, a risk."

"The fact that I’m writing this review before I’ve even moved in speaks for itself. After searching high and low for an apartment that was safe to live in, well maintained, and with a decent price point has been a challenge for my wife and I in this area. Imagine our surprise when we come across the haven! Prices are reasonable for the area, and it’s a great location. Ahead of move in, Alex has been so kind, helpful, communicative, and accommodating. She has answered every silly question I’ve asked, and had the answers right away. Let’s face it, a lot of property managers are incredibly impersonal, and rude. Not Alex. She’s made this tricky process of moving SO easy. Thank you Alex! I am so very excited to move in soon!"

"I love where I live, everyone is friendly and sweet.the maintenance is fast and very friendly, especially Eldin. He helped me get my car out of the snow storm and he was so kind with making sure the side walks were clean."

"The Haven at Grand Landing apartments are great. I've lived in several different places from apartment complexes to private rentals, and these apartments are by far the best that I've lived in. Buildings are updated and modern with really great amenities that I wasn't expecting at this price point; inluding pool, kayak launch, large private deck, garbage disposal, in-unit laundry, huge walk in closet. Really decent Appliances. Great heating and AC. We love the location and being so close to downtown. AT&T internet is excellent and provides a great environment to work from home. Alex the property manager is always kind and accommodating, she organizes all kinds of different events to make it feel more like a community."

"This is a great place to live if you have dogs! Plus the community is super friendly. Love the management we have, they are always willing to help and are very quick with repsonses with questions, concerns and maintenance requests if needed. Alex is always welcoming and understanding. They helped us out big time when it came to changing the carpet in our bedrooms and it's truly relieving that they were able to do that for us when we needed it! Alot of new amenities are being added also which im excited about! Very grateful for the team that is in charge of The Haven!"
