"Go to the one near the food court. The mgr went above and beyond to fix an issue that she didnt have to fix, she made us happy and we will be coming only to this location for now on. She had good integrity was polite and that is a major thing for us. Go here for custom pieces too they can help."
"Went during business hours and both employees ignored me. The first wouldn't look up from the game he was playing on his phone and only gave one word answers and some were not even words, just sounds. The second wouldn't look away from his computer and just told me they were closed and he wasn't going to help me. Then started getting mouthy when I asked a question. Very rude staff. I have several hats from them, but their rude and worthless staff make it hard to patron their store."

"Worker “Timothy” was very rude and not helpful. Walked in explaining I wanted to exchange and was on the phone and ignored me the entire visit. I chose to select a different hat then I intended on getting because he was in the back not attending to me. Even during the checkout process didn’t say a single word to me. Very rude and disappointed as the lady who helped me during my last visit was very nice and helpful."
