"Was at the mall today 5/27/23 2:30pm and was standing outside of the store for over 45 min waiting for them to open the door finally I asked the guy when they opened and he said "well im on my break rite now" I think to myself your break is over and hour??? So I ask well when will you open and he replies "well honestly im just waiting for someone else to get here" if I wouldn't of asked the dude would of left me out there standing absolutely horrible customer service smh I've skated for over 20 years that guy dont belong in a skate shop."
"The stores policy’s for returns is a bit annoying, but the employees were super helpful and chill. I have bad anxiety and them being chill helped me a bit. They never snapped or rushed me and were helpful to me and others through it all. The only annoying thing is company policy, it other than that it was nice."
