"Extremely frustrating experience at this Lululemon. Customer service is terrible. The only reason why I buy from this company is because of the quality promise of their clothes. I came to get a replacement of a pair of pants that were damaged due to quality of the seams. The first person helping me affirmed me that the replacement would be taken care of, but when we went to talk to her supervisor they completely shrugged us off. She told us that because we didn’t know the name of the pant style exactly, that there wasn’t anything she could do. She took a half a second looking for it on her inventory app and said she couldn’t find it, and then we were able to find it with a simple google search. She still didn’t help us and didn’t find any solution at all for this quality issue/replacement. Lululemon has really lowered their customer service training, and is going back on their quality promise."
