"I called with no trailer lights late on a January Friday night. They had me park at the shop over night and started working on me right away Saturday morning. Had me rolling in no time. Found some burnt wire that were hidden. And also found some wiring issues on my peterbilt. They treated me very good. The manager is a former truck driver and understands what we go through. Good people all the way around and will definitely use them again if I’m in the area. I can’t believe some of these bad reviews because my experience was nothing but awesome."

"I was driving an old truck across country when I experienced some mechanical issues. It was a hot Friday afternoon and everyone I called (estimate around 20) was busy or uninterested in assisting me. Mike responded and helped me out of a jamb. While they did not perform any work on my truck they allowed me to park it at their place until I could arrange to have it shipped. I was able to fly home that evening and then arrange transportation. Mike was courteous and responsive and assisted in the transport details. He did not charge me a dime. "Don't ever call these guys, they will rip you off. Charged me over $1600 for changing 2 tyres on the trailer. And very rude as well. I was 1.8 miles to be exact from their shop. It took just under an hour to complete the job. I called the company immediately after making the payment to complain about the ridiculous charge but was told to call the mechanic. It didn't make sense at all so when I say "very rude" I'm not referring to the mechanic but the person that answered the call. By the way I still have the blown up tyres tied behind the truck (can post pictures of them). So they were not tossed anywhere on the hwy."
