"Pay less, get less Don't expect great service when it comes to making it right when what you rent fails to perform. Seems I have to bring it back 50% of times I have rented yard or excavation machines. They need a class in quality checks and p/m. Will go to Sunbelt next time and pay a little more upfront instead of not having enough time to get job done."

"Called to rent a bobcat to move some skids of landscape block. Bobcat would not even lift the skid of block so couldn’t even use it. Had to use the bucket to move 50 block at a time. Charged $591 to get refunded back $160. Absolute joke! Will never rent from them again! Their recommendation of equipment to be used by the way with no issue but I still lose not only money for renting but now labor as well as have to go back and finish job!"
"Called and asked for rental of a vibratory plow, what they actually rented me was a vibratory plow attachment on a dingo which is a small skid steer like machine. This is acceptable it's still does the same function. Skip to actually using the dingo with the attachment and the attachment was clearly faulty as it kept vibrating off the dingo attachment plate. We are experienced in operation of these machines, fyi. We immediately called and explained the situation and returned it in 3 hours total time. They still charged me for the hours I used the dingo even though they admitted the attachment was faulty and credited me for the attachment being faulty. Their explanation was "well you technically used the dingo still". I just paid roughly $180 for my employee to drive and pickup a broken machine and drive back with nothing. Thanks Goggin"
