"I hate furniture stores. I hate the salespeople that wait at the door. I wish I didn't have to deal with them. We came in looking for an end table and coffee table set with storage. We had been to 4 other stores and decided we liked one here the best. They had the end table in stock so we took it home that day. They estimated 1-2 weeks on the coffee table. It arrived in 3 days. As for the store, it's well organized, but features lots of the same items just organized differently. We looked at the same tables at least three times. So far the tables have exceeded my expectations, love them more in my house than in the store. We will definitely consider Furniture Row in the future (but I still hate the furniture store model)."

"We were in the market for new living room furniture. We went to every place in town. Every store we stopped at the workers followed us around and wouldn’t let us browse to see what we liked. They were over bearing, pushy, and in some cases rude. There was furniture we would have purchased but there was no way we were going back in those stores again based on the way we were treated alone. We only had two good experiences… one was at another store which we did purchase from, however, David at this store greeted us when we walked in, told us if we had any questions to please let him know and he left us to enjoy the store on our own, and enjoy we did. We found the selection here to be different. Everyone else basically had the same things at every store we visited. This store had all sorts of styles and the prices were very good. When we decided on what we wanted, we strolled up to the counter where David was very quick to order for us. He and the other employees at the counter at the time we were in were all very friendly and helpful. From now on, when I need anything furniture related, I will not stop anywhere before I have thoroughly searched this store to either see if they have what I’m looking for or to see if they can order it. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Very highly recommended."

"This was an outstanding experience! We only came in to look for a coffee table but David greeted as a valued customer, told us if we needed any help to let him know. After being at every furniture store and feeling pushed and bombarded this was a welcome change. We felt at ease walking around without pressure and someone attached at our hip. There are a few other pieces we are interested in so once we figure our sizing we will definitely be back. Thank you again David! It’s this experience that helped us make our decision where to buy."
