"Lori is the worst. She let me know she’s 65 and doesn’t need to put on a happy face and please customers…as she’s semi retired. She was not only awful, but continued to make nasty comments throughout the entire interaction. Lori…at 65 you shouldn’t be so combative with customers, and you definitely should learn some respect. "DO NOT BUY BROOKS BROTHERS TOWELS from this store or any other store. They are the worst towels I've ever owned. All they do is get fuzz all over you after use and other laundry after washing. Even after washing repeatedly and lint rolling repeatedly, they still get fuzz all over everything. I definitely want my money back."
