"Had problems with the cylinder kit for a Yamaha YFM660 where the sleeve was not seated properly before the deck surface was machined. This showed itself after 9hrs of operation due to the .002 drop allowing combustion gases to breach the head gasket and super charge the cooling system. Had to machine the cylinder surface after we set the sleeve properly. Logan at Niche was very concerned with the issue and has replaced the entire cylinder kit with a new one and does not even want the old product back. Logan did the a great job in getting some restitution for us in regard to this issue. Thanks again Logan"

"My wife ordered me a top end kit for my Polaris. Price was great and item shipped fast. They use FedEx who didn't deliver the part on time. Was 2 days late and received broken piston rings. Customer service was very responsive and shipped another one out. Yet they used FedEx again. Tracking said it would be delivered 10/18/21. Just checked now it says not until 10/23/21. It will be 2 weeks since my original order was placed. Hopefully they don't come damaged again. Should have just paid a little more from a local shop. Why ship the second order with the same company and a slower method. With the tracking number not only is FedEx starting the delivery then it will transfer to USPS. What a let down for a first time customer."

"Logan at Customer Service was polite and professional, and also responded promptly, but was unable to provide the information I needed (the crankshaft size an electric clutch would fit) as the manufacturer did not provide it. He did verify that I could return the part if it wasn't right. Dave followed up to get the info I needed and got back to me that the part I was looking at would not fit my tractor, thereby saving me going through a return proccess. I will certainly rely on these people to ship me the part when when I finally find the clutch that will slide onto the front of my exceedingly old Sears tractor without much ado.
