"My windshield looks nice and they did a good job on it. But after, for some reason I had different wiper blades afterwords. I did not ask for new wiper blades. I purchased new wiper blades about a week before hand and now they are just gone. Coincidentally after I had my windshield fixed. I called and they claimed they didn’t change them. Whatever. I know what was on my car and what wasn’t. Ridiculous. They claimed they didn’t do anything with them and they would’ve charged for that. So now I’m out 45 dollars that I don’t have, and thanks for the no name brand wiper blades."

"My experience here was ok. The gentleman that repaired my car was very nice and efficient. I was told only when I arrived that it would take 3-4 hours. I would suggest letting customers know the expected wait time when the appointment is made. The very nice man Gino offered to take me home so I didn't have to wait in the cold lobby that long, but management said he had errands to run, even though an hour later he was still there. I wasn't offered coffee or water while waiting. The young lady, who may have been new had me to sign paperwork that said we went over my car before being serviced for possible knicks, dings etc, which I did not. Good service, but disappointed that I was declined a ride home. I'm not sure how I feel about referring someone there."

"I took my son’s car to have two chips repaired in the windshield, one of them having a tiny crack in it. I am very impressed with the service I received at Tom’s! From the front counter ladies to the manager to the drivers who chatted with me in the waiting room, everyone was super kind and helpful! And the best part was when I got back in the car, both of chips and the tiny cracks were totally filled and looked like they were never there. I was super shocked that they were filled so well! I am highly impressed with my experience at Tom’s. I will definitely go back to Tom’s if I need my windshield fixed and recommend that you do too!"
