"The staff are arrogant and rude. I'm trying to teach my 8 year old daughter to be kind, honest and helpful. The behavior displayed in front of her towards me was AWFUL. There was NO ONE else in the store, and the 2 staff were conversing with one another. There was NO REASON to talk to me in a passive aggressive manner because there was NO PRICE on a pair of shoes she wanted. I'm sorry we interrupted your personal time. And I'm sorry we didn't know the answers. And I'm even more sorry that it's too hard for you, as staff, to put shoes in their correct places. Perhaps you should speak to the owner instead of being nasty to customers. We have bought MANY shoes for our family here. I will never set foot in this store again. And you owe my daughter an apology."

But I found what I wanted in my size in stock. Not so lucky with black shoes in my size but it was a great experience over all for a shoe store."
