"Sold me a set of tires when I didn’t need a new set of tires. The vibrational issue was from a poor alignment and old suspension components. They did not perform an alignment after sending me to Mt.Clemens location specifically for an alignment after a new set of tires. At the time they said the Mt. Clemens location was the only location with an alignment rack and tech who could run it. Now another tire place had diagnosed the brand new Cooper tires as the plys are coming apart, the vibrations are worse than before and now it’s unsafe to drive my truck. They sold me defective tires. Leslie tire won’t help me and Cooper Tire warranty department won’t pick up the phone. DON’T BUY COOPER TIRES. DO NOT USE LESLIE TIRE FOR SERVICE."
