The "open box" dented up ones that were supposedly new, cost WAY too much... You can pay the same at a new store... $1300-$2000? No help at all... No offers of discounts... No negotiating... I had $1000 to spend on a washer and dryer... Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but not going back..."
