"Only one lady working the counter for orders and entry, and to cash in tickets for prizes. She did it all very well. The pizza and fries were very good. Not crowded about 10 families. Brought our 22 month old granddaughter and she loved it. Enough things for her age to keep her busy for 2 hours of eating and playing. Saw kids around 7 having fun too."

"My son had his birthday party here today! Autumn was our host!!!! She was wonderful! She made his day so special and was on top of any of our needs! She was extremely personable, friendly, and made the party so much fun!!! As soon as I got there she met with me and explained the whole party process. She was there when I needed her and my son said it was THE BEST BIRTHDAY EVER. I highly recommend having parties here and see if u can request Autumn for your personal host!! Also who ever was Chuck E did a fantastic job!!! So much energy and gave my son so much attention!!!!"

"My son & his best friend celebrated their birthdays together with a party here. The hostess was great but we felt rushed. They brought the dipping dots ice cream out too early and it ended up melting because the kids were playing. Well…barely playing because a lot of the games barely worked. I was swiping the game card 3-4 times to play a game once for less than 30 seconds. We tried to play air hockey but a puck was missing. I like the upgrades but it’s not the same and this was our last time having a birthday there."

"First time ever in a Chuck E Cheese with our 5yr old grandson. The associates were just wonderful and friendly, the place was very clean and open, and the food was cooked fresh upon ordering. We will definitely go back."

"Charles E Cheese has evolved from the days of my childhood. Gone is the poor lighting that hid any number of stains and sins, the beloved but absolutely terrifying animatronics are gone as well, replaced by an enthusiastic teenager far too skinny to be a pizza eating rat. Don't get me wrong the workers are pleasant and kind, they care about safety, the food is very expensive but shockingly good, you can actually keep your kid in line of sight because things are spaced and lit properly. My niece and nephew had a great time. I just miss the little whiff of cigarette smoke and adult exhaustion as you hid in the ball pit to avoid leaving."
