"Visited yesterday for some supplies and to use my gift card that I received as a present. I was a bit disappointed in the amount of polymer clay stock, as the colors I needed were empty slots. But on a positive note, Iris, the cashier, was very nice and showed me where to find my coupon for 30% off. She was very efficient too."
"I do all of my custom framing here. Karen does a fantastic job! I came in today to have a piece framed. I waited with another lady about 15 mins at the counter. We hit the button a few times, no response. I tried calling the store directly, no one answered. A male associate finally came over. He began by barking at me that he can’t assist me with my framing. Doesn’t apologize for the wait or even ask what he can help us with. I understand he isn’t trained for the framing that I need, however you do not need to bark at me like a dog. If he is not qualified yet to be in framing, then the manager should not have him cover it. I asked when Karen would be in next. If she didn’t do such a great job, I would definitely go elsewhere."

"Michael's store is absolutely awesome! Well stocked & deals galore! My visit there was to have something framed. The woman Karen, the framer, couldn't have been more nice or helpful! She took the time to show me numerous frames & inlays & her knowledge & suggestions helped me pick out just what I wanted!!! I'm 74 & I haven't seen that kind of service for years!!! She's truly an asset to Michael's!"
"Clean store, friendly & knowledgeable staff. They have a good selection of items in the store but to find all their inventory it's best to shop online and pick up at the store. Quick shipping to the store. Lines seem to get a little long at check out. Under staffing seems to be the issue for check out times"
