"It's been awhile since I had Pizza Hut so I was excited to order it. The guy who had taken my order had great customer service so that made me feel really good. Things were going great like I said it's been years. I got my order didn't check it because I lived 5 minutes away and like I said things were going great. When I got home ready to eat this pizza it was a disaster The pizza was cold and old. The crust was hard as a rock. You guys screwed me and I want be back."
"Old but memorable experience: We came here after having a bad experience at the newer Pizza Hut closer by Target. Our experience was phenomenal! James, Christina, and Eric were extremely pleasant! They greeted us upon entering and made sure our experience was good after hearing that we left a different Pizza Hut to come to this one. They wore washed their hands, wore gloves, and hair nets! Our food was hot and very tasty! I should’ve recorded the cheese pull!"
"When we walked in, no one said a word to us for several minutes although there were no other customers waiting and 3 employees visible. Menu was on a back wall, not clearly visible. When I asked where it was, they said just a minute! Instead of pointing out the menu then proceeding with their task. Entry was dark and cold. We ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. It was Great!"
"Pizza is my favorite food. The Big New Yorker from Pizza Hut was a Big Disappointment. The TV commercial is a false advertisement. They make it look as though the pizza is cheesy and full of pepperoni. Mine was just the opposite. It was dry and the pepperoni was scarce. Only good thing I can say is it was done in 15 min."
