"I called asked for a thin crust pizza, an hour later it was delivered, but when opened the box it was a regular thick crust pizza, I called to let them know it wasn’t thin crust, the girl on the phone said if I wanted to bring it in they would do it again she also said that the guy that had made the pizza that that my pizza was thin. They did not offer to give a coupon or offered to deliver the right pizza, so you pay for delivery but if the f—k up you have to get in your car to go there.., GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!’ Oh and the pizza was really chewy you can pull it like a rubber band. Don’t waste your money there go somewhere else"

"I remember why we stopped ordering. I ordered my pizza at 7:17pm. It is now 8:47. I called 20 minutes ago, and they said it had just left but couldn't give me a time limit on when it would arrive. I ordered online, and that gave me a 60m time for delivery, Calling 10 minutes later and now going on 30m late. $50 later and it's just now arriving."

"Food racks, fans, and floors all covered with dust. Owners short employees on hours worked, keep the delivery fee and only pay drivers $1 per delivery even if it’s a 15 minute drive 1 way, work 4 hours a day and complain about the other employees. Owners Tom and Amy create a toxic work environment. All the pans are disgusting and I’m not sure how they pass an inspection. Absolutely the worst place to spend money at."

"One of these pizzas are supposed to be a thin crust can you guess which one after I called to see if they could remake the pizza! I was told by Amy that this was a thin crust pizza even though Amy did not make the pizza I have been a customer there for 35 years since they started their first door on 8 mile road. To mess up an order is one thing but to be argued with and whether or not you got the right product is another thing! I am very sad for this and will not be returning for a long while."
