"Utterly disgusted. Went to get lunch last Friday 02/23/2024 and the guy that worked the food prep table had his kid sitting across the counter. The manager Myla or something said his kid was visiting. How disgusting for a customer to see a small human jumping up and down across the food prep table which is EXTREMELY unsanitary and tasteless to the business. I will NOTTTT be back for as long as this business is in business. VERY UNSANITARY. If you want your food to have bacteria, you'll patronize this business"

"Call to order a pick up order was hung up on after I gave them. My number had to call back the same young lady picked up the phone and lied like she didn’t pick up the phone and hang up in my face after me give her my number got there to pick up my pizza. It was ready in 25 minutes, they stated, but when I got home to eat my pizza, it was horrible. I’ve never went to a hungry Howies and my pizza was horrible. The pizza sauce did not taste good. Nothing about this pizza was good I really wish I would not have. Ordered this pizza, but I am glad I know now not to buy anything from this location"

"Ordered a pizza for delivery.. waited an hour an 20 minutes. Pizza never got delivered. I called to make sure they had the right address. Which I was told no they made it for pick up. Now they tell me that I have to wait another hour for my pizza. Receive the pizza within 20 minute of the phone call and it was the pizza that sat for an hour an 20 minutes. Horrible horrible service will not be back."

"This is the only Hungry Howies I will go to! Seriously, and it's 5 miles away from my house. Great service, and they do a great job with the pizza, bread sticks, and calzones here! The workers are always pleasant and helpful and don't give off the attitude that they hate their job, which is really refreshing now a days lol. I've only ever had one problem where the calzone was super super greasy, but they fixed it right away and were very polite/apologetic and made me a new one quickly. Their crust and BBQ chicken pizza are a must!!!"

"I ordered my pizza online and selected the “well done” option. This was inedible and I don’t know how someone looked at this and decided it was good enough to leave the store. Also paid for 2 ranch and didn’t receive any."
