"We contacted Keys Refrigeration regarding a water bottle fountain that had been dripping water. Tech #1 was not able to resolve the issue and when he was putting the board back into place, I heard a pop noise, and the unit went dark. The tech said that the board was bad. Tech #2 came and replaced the “bad” board and in the process, the sensor stopped working suddenly now they want to replace that, and the original issue was still unresolved. Before this tech, the sensor was working fine. I called their office and was able to speak with a supervisor, and he said that he would personally come and take care of it. He did and was in and out in one hour. We received our invoice, and they are billing us for all three trips and labor when they did not even resolve the issues on the first two trips but broke more things while here. They also were trying to bill for additional labor hours that the techs were not on site for they sat in their vans. We are even being billed for "parking" when we offered the tech to park in our lot. The invoice total is equal to an entirely new water bottle filler. I am waiting for a call back from a manager to resolve this issue. If they make it right, I will update this review."

"Be careful with this people 4 months ago I contract them to fix my business freezer which just needs a refrigerant refill and fix the leak , after they recharge it they told me that my freezer has more problem he told me something like mojo in the sistem ,and he tried to charge me 2000 to fix it and I told him That I going to fix it later because I wasn’t fill convinced,but today just for fan I put all the stuff he takes out I sorprised my freezer is working fine I think he just tried to charge unnecessary money"
