"I won a gift card to family fare. I normally do not shop here it's way too expensive, and they always only have 1 cashier working. They do have self scan, but that's way too slow aswell given how many people are trying to check out at 1 time."

"Absolutely the worst grocery store chain I have ever experienced, and I find it very unfortunate that at times I have to shop here out of convenience. Today I was in line at the only open checkout, and while I was standing there another cashier came over and opened a new lane. She was then unable to log into the computer and abandoned everybody who moved over to the new line, thus causing us to lose our place in the other line. I waited at the new still unopened checkout lane and watched the old line continue to grow with families with more and more items ahead of me. I have no choice but to check out at the cashier and only had two items but ended up walking out because of this absurd waste of customers' time. I already do and will continue to tell everyone I know not to shop at this entire chain because it is nothing but a massive headache. The prices are ridiculous and it is not worth it ever. Take your business elsewhere. Do not waste your time, money or effort here. It's nothing but a headache."

"The employees are so nice and the store has an overall pleasant vibe. My only complaint is the weird odors and the nasty broccoli cheese soup that I paid 6.49 for. I should have made my own. I literally spit out the first bite. I can't describe the taste except that it may have been close to the aftermath of vomit. It made me almost puke. Not impressed with their deli."

"The senior ladies that run the cashier are awful. I wouldn't recommend. They work the high noon to midnight shift. I tried to claim a $500 scratch off winner i understand if they don't have the money but she had pulled out 500$ and said no we dont have it. That was a robust claim to state.i don't like going back and forth with the seniors here because they do not listen. They rush when you also buy scratch off tickets. And for the most part have the line closed to purchase lottery or smokes for whatever reason. Not sure if it's short staffed but from the customers point of view they would be the last to know. I go in on the afternoons there is a senior lady but she is more patient and kind."

"I believe they are to pricey for the products of the offer. They need more name brands and less items that have a family fare brand. Also sales that are truly sales. It is sad when you buy something at a normal price because the sales price is this something you don’t want or too expensive to buy five of them just to get their deal."
