"We used to go to Betten for oil changes before they did away with the discounts for people who purchased their vehicles there. The wait times were always insane. Appointment at 10, they’d get you in around 12-12:30. It was worth it to save money but not anymore."

"Had to have a chip for my heated seats put in, because it was missing when I purchased the vehicle. I was told 4 hours or part of the day. We'll I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and called at 230. No one answered the phone, so since we were out, we stopped by. We got there at 3 and my vehicle was in a different spot from where I parked it. They told me it would be another hour. I will jot be using them again. Poor service."
