"The knob on our Kitchen Aid Range fell off with the burner on high. I could not get the knob back on or the the burner off. I called Bekins in Grand Rapids/Cascade and talked with Ashley. She told me what to do to but the other knobs did not work correctly. I asked if she would send someone out that day It was late but she said Brandon agreed to correct the problem. Long story short...I got one of the knobs to fit enough to turn the burner off. Brandon showed but I told him I fixed it. He said glad you were able to fix it. Everyone at Bekins was kind and great to work with. I picked up my knob and talk with Jennifer who again was terrific. It is a wonderful place to purchase appliances and have them serviced. Soon after we moved-into a new home, a compressor went out on an existing Sub Zero fridge/freezer unit. I called a number of local businesses and repair people, and Bekins stood out as the best choice to work with.
