"Scott came out and did a good job repairing a glad hand for one of my O/O. My issue is with the cost. $100 call out + $200 (2 hour Min) + 2.50/ mile from and back to the shop + Parts. I get everyone needs to make money but $460 for a 20 min job is a bit steep. I was expecting ~$250 as that is the cost for that type of job that companies charge where we are from. I am only writing this so people that do call them out know what to expect, they are a lot more expensive than most companies I have ever used for this type of service."

"If you are a small business trying to make it, DO NOT bring your equipment to quick serve. Very disappointed with this company. We brought our bucket truck to them, they said it would be a couple days. Check in the following week, not ready yet. 3 weeks later and they hadn't even pulled it in the shop. No attempts to contact us letting us know. I called every week and they told me it would be done by the following day. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I would not recommend them to anyone MHK on the other hand, very professional and a great company to work with!"
