"As a GG lover, I found a pair of sneakers that I loved online that were sold out in nearly every size, including mine. However, the Golden Goose website said that they were only in-stock at this store in MI. I live in Portland, OR, so I reached out to store via email on a Sunday night. Monday morning, I was greeted with a response that told me that I can complete the purchase over the phone and have them shipped. Later that day I called the store and was helped by Asya. She was incredibly helpful in processing payment and noting my mailing address. She was also very polite and was very efficient with communication. I even received texts from the store phone, from Asya, updating me on my purchase and providing pictures of the shoes, receipt, and shipping label to confirm my order. I was immensely happy with this level of quality of service. I ordered the shoes on Monday, and I received them Thursday and I am in love with them! My sincerest thanks to the Detroit store and the staff that helped me. Special thank you to Asya who included a handmade card in the box! It was a very kind gesture that I appreciate so much!"

(No other customers in at the time) Female rep interrupted me while I was explaining my size (assuming I did not know they only carried full sizes), resulting in an awkwardly unpleasant and unecessarily longer time in the store. What a shame they do not represent the company well."
