"I went in the Somerset store today to return some items purchased on line. I had the order number and was returning items on time. The sales people could not find my order but how they handled this was so embarrassing to me. They made a racket and there were some customers there. I was first to be helped but I was made to wait while the manager helped others first and made me wait. The eventually found the order and successfully refunded me but not before claiming that the return was late ( it wasn’t) and sake was final ( it wasn’t. ) I was embarrassed and feel they should know their policy and manage online purchase returns a whole lot better"

"If you're looking for quality clothing with monochrome colors this is definitely the place for you however I would say they're a bit pricey. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean"

"Banana republic is by far one of my favorite stores to shop at until I came to the one in the somerset mall. I was pushed into a corner by three sales clerks one by the name of Xena. I felt like I was being pressured into getting card for the BP store. They told me that if i get the card today i would get 70% off of my purchase. but it was not 70% it was 50% off plus an additional 20% off the items. which are two separate things that I think need to be kept clear with the sale clerks. I am by far one of the most understanding people but after my experience in the store today I literally had tears in my eyes. i’ve never had such a bad experience in my entire life."
