"Went in, for the first time ever with my wife. She really likes this store. According to her, she always finds something worth buying in there. What I like about it is the way the space is organized. Not overwhelmingly stocked with rows and shelves of clothing, but whatever is presented for the customer is worth considering. While she was trying out different outfits, I found a few really cool wine and cocktail glasses. There were several different candleholders that looked pretty good. Also, the selection of scented candles was pretty extensive, and some of them, quite interesting. For a store that doesn't cater to men, I didn't feel bored waiting for my wife."

"This is the 2nd time now that I have wasted my time by coming to this store during what is listed online as “open hours” only for the store to be closed. It’s extremely inconvenient to find downtown Birmingham parking, lug my toddler in and out of their car seat, walk to the store, and then find that it’s closed. This is unacceptable."

"I purchased some hair ties and they charged me but never put them in my bag. I live an hour away and the only thing they can do is put them aside till I can come back. I called customer service and they said they can't help me either."

"I dont think anyone in this store has any knowledge about the company they work for. I asked the store person if i could do an online gift card, she said no i absolutely couldn’t it has to be instore, a day later my friend told me that i absolutely could, and showed me where on the website. So i go back and return it to the store because I wanted the gift card to be sent out immediately on a specific day and save me the hassle of mailing it. Now that i have returned the gift card, its been 5 days that I haven’t received my money back. I call the customer care and they say we got nothing to do with the store. I call the store and they say it can be upto 30 days. Great!! Are you guys doing this on purpose? Misguiding your customers? I wish the service was nearly pricey as the price tag on your products and not like a run down gas station!"
