Starbucks

"This Starbucks is alright, but definitely not as good as other Starbucks shops in the area (and there are a LOT of them to choose from within a 15 mile radius, including one located directly behind this one, inside of target). The main issue is how awful the drive thru is set up. When it's busy, the line blocks the entrance off and cars can't get in or out due to how narrow the exit/entrance is and how close the drive thru is to it. Drinks are generally made well and the staff is friendly though."

"Waited a couple mins to order, no line in front of us. Looks like they were short staff because boxes were all over the place and out on the floor where everyone walks near the restroom. Got one drink after waiting a few mins, and then waited for our second drink which didn't come for another few mins. For just 2 drinks we waited roughly about 15-20 mins just from order to pick up. Drive through looked like it was getting more attention/service out before counter."

"Former recent employee of this location. If food safety means anything to you stay away. Store sold expired stuff daily and acted like I was crazy for calling it out. Very dirty too store had flies and cockroaches when I left in Nov 2023. Really gross store go to other locations"

"This place lacks customer service training. There are 2 registers for inside, every worker would pass you by, until you have to finally say something. I understand this is a busy location, but there should be someone designated for the register and the clean up at the tables. It's unfortunate, but I think I will drive a longer distance to a different Starbucks location for better service.....also, there is no wheel chair access, unfortunately this location is not disability friendly."
