"First off let me point out that this company only responds to positive reviews on here. They will not try to make mends with their customer base on here or within the restaurants. We went to dinner at the portage location. We all received our meals. One in the party ordered the chicken tender meal. They were the most pitiful disgusting chicken tenders I have ever seen. Frozen from Tyson looked better. A manager by the name of Bill, at least that's what I was told, asked how our food was. We let him know what we thought of the chicken tenders. He would not allow us to speak and continued to undermine the people in our party. Spoke very loud and over everyone. Did not offer something else or even a bit of empathy for the customer. Ridiculous. Was charged for sour cream that we didn't receive or even order. Also ordered a kids quesidilla. That ended up being $14. Not the same Hacienda I grew up loving to go to. A real shame."

"This used to be a place where your dollar was worth what you ordered. Now no, the prices are up and the portions are smaller. If you are going to raise the prices at least keep the portions the same. The food was not hot but warmer than Luke warm, the chips were hot. Our table was sticky but that happens sometimes. There were 11 of us so we all had a good time together but the food portions were a topic of discussion with everyone at the table. The server was great he did a nice job."

"Hacienda is now severely cutting portion sizes of their items. Steak and shrimp fajitas used to have much more protein. Rice and beans now come in smaller bowls that are filled half way. A burrito combo is about 1/3 less filled than previously. Margaritas not filled up all the way. Clearly they are hurting from inflation, but still keeping their fajitas at $18. Not worth the amount of food you are getting. Hopefully corporate investigates and changes either the prices or portions of their options. Very sad because I used to love Hacienda, but it has changed for the worse as previous comments have mentioned."

"We went for a family goodbye/21st birthday party. Jamie was our waitress, she was amazing. She kept all chips, drinks filled. The food was accurate. It was a great night for the 9 of us."
