Bendix Restaurant Family Dining

"I made an order at 7:22am on 2-27-24 and did not receive the order until 9:30am. I ordered a #5, a Western Omelette, a Full order of biscuits and gravy. 2 drinks which I ordered with the meals which were Apple Juice and Orange Juice that I did not get. When I went down there to show that it was on my phone order, the lady was very rude and argued with me. I was a very loyal customer for many years and felt mistreated and robbed. I will no longer be eating at the Bendix on Western."

"Been going here for years with no problems, but recently been having issues with order being wrong or missing items. Like today I did a pickup and they forgot the pancakes and eggs were scrambled instead over easy. Kids were very disappointed :-( wasn't able to go back to get it fixed."

"I give this 3 maybe 3.5/5 because it was good but nothing stood out. I ordered delivery this morning and got both a skillet for breakfast and a club for lunch later. Skillet is good and does the job. It included two eggs, everything I could want in terms of toppings and all over hash browns. Unfortunately I did not get my toast which I was looking forward to eating with my eggs. Lunch looks decent too. Plenty of food with the triple decker sandwich, fries, and a side salad. Packaging was good, food was still warm, and seasoning is definitely used here! Just wish I had gotten that toast I was craving."
