"This Dunkin is terribly managed. I ordered my coffee this morning in store and waited for a while, but had to leave to get to work. My coffee had been sitting for several minutes in the machine while the workers were just taking other orders. No one was paying enough attention for me to even talk to them, so I just left and didn't get the coffee I paid for."

"This location must have changed management. The food and service are totally different. Make sure your food is cooked. Rushing through the drive-thru to pay for the order in exchange for half-done food. Stick with donuts and coffee only. Please try to do better."

"In the drive through: ordered a hot latte and an iced one, got two iced. Ordered 10 donuts and when we got to the window they hadn't included it in the order and basically handed us our receipt and said " you didn't order it"."

"Check your bags and open your lids before you leave every time. It's like flipping a coin here 50/50 chance they mess your simple order up. I've personally had to tell them they messed my order up multiple times, a few occasions was the same woman and im sure she knows me by now. They also are dirty and handle your donuts without gloves and then frequently take they trays that the donuts are sitting on and bang them on the pavement hanging out of the drive through window"

"Had been a busy, busy day of work and needed a little extra pick-me-up to keep that momentum through the evening. Decided on a staple, some iced coffee from Dunkin'. If you're vegan or non-dairy for any dietary reason, Dunkin has quite a few flavorful options to support your caffeine habit throughout the day. For instance, I ordered the Mocha Swirl Iced Coffee, which is a sweeter mocha flavor while also being a non-dairy flavor shot. Mocha on it's own is quite rich, however, so I softened that edge with some oat milk for a bit more plant-based goodness. The default sugar for a medium iced coffee is 3 "servings," but I only took 2 since the Mocha itself is quite sweet already. However, I drink black coffee most days so take that advice with a grain of salt (or sugar). If you're looking for an easy, quick, and tasty coffee on the go it is difficult to beat the value of a Dunkin' iced coffee. Looking forward to hitting this spot again soon!"
