"I went through drive thru and i had to repeat myself 5 times screaming into the speaker and she still didn’t understand what i said and when she finally repeated what i said they didn’t even give me the drink the way i ordered it it had no flavor in it at all and i asked for whipped cream and didn’t receive it."

"I stopped here for some hot chocolate, they advertise the Oreo hot chocolate but it was out of stock. That's alright the regular hot chocolate was still amazing! The staff was friendly and got us our order very quickly. The gingerbread cookie donut was pretty good. I dunked it in my hot chocolate so it was even better."
