"I am a local and this review is authentic. I have been going to this specific location weekly for the past 8+yrs, for my yummy vanilla chai pick me upper drink. Employee Erwin is awesome. "This location has gotten progressively worse. 21 minutes to make a tall latte, I finished my entire sandwich before the drink was done. 8 workers, 4 customers, and yes the drive thru was a little busy. 3 customers left while waiting before receiving their order. Do better Starbucks Ameriplex."

"There is 1 guy who works at this location and his customer service is absolutely trash! Everyday I ask for water with my coffee. He is the only 1 who gets frustrated and makes me wait extensive amounts of time for WATER. When he’s working on the food, my food is always thrown together and overcooked. He clearly hates his job and should get a new 1. There is 2 young ladies who work here that always have a positive attitude and have my water ready, with my coffee."

"I visited this Starbucks, located just off the Interstate, on a busy August Saturday. I have been here before, and typically go through the drive-through without issues. This time I decided to go inside. It was so crowded, as you can see in the photos. I waited for a long time for my coffee and it was just OK. My overall rating is at three, but its not the fault of the employees because everyone was busy and working very hard. It was clear that they were taking care of the drive-through ahead of customers in the store- probably as directed by management. I guess they just need more help. If I come back, I will definitely only use the drive-through."
