"Quaint shop with lots of great items and gifts. I love their candy selection of made-in-Finland candy. The only downside is that most things in the store are very expensive."

"We have the same complaint as Cairngirl. We overheard them talking about me and my family in a very rude way, about several different things. Please address this issue. I was so excited to visit a store with so many wonderful Finnish items that I haven’t seen since living in Finland and my entire day was ruined by how they were talking about my family. "We have shopped multiple times at Touch of Finland, as we like buying local and routinely buy Finnish items, and have bought many things and spent a fairly large amount of money there. After today’s experience however, we will no longer be shopping there. The sales people were rude, talking loudly between themselves about multiple customers behind their backs. If they didn’t like something being done, they could have directly and politely mentioned it to the customers. We also bought fairly expensive glassware, which once it was purchased, wasn’t wrapped and was simply put in the bag. Save your money and have a better experience- buy Finnish items from another retailer online, though I hate to say it, because we prefer to support local businesses."
