"Past two times going to the store the staff have been extremely abrasive and unfriendly, not to mention unhelpful. Today I went in specifically to buy Nintendo switch joycons and found just the right pair.. upon checkout I needed to wait for assistance to get the alarm off my joycon box. We waited and waited at the self checkout for what must've been 5-7 minutes, with the help light blinking and received no help. I called the store upon arriving back home, only to be hung up on twice by HR and guest services and then sent to a false extension. This store is pathetic at best in selection, and a joke in service. I wish I could get a refund of every second of my life I've ever spent waiting in this store. There's a reason these people are working low tier jobs for low tier pay, they find a way to show it time and time again."
